Are you ready to lace up your skates and hit the pavement? Thinking of joining our beginner to advanced course? This taster might be just what you are looking for!   No previous experience required.

This is a supervised practise session for ALL LEVELS. Although not a lesson an instructor will be on hand to support your learning

What are you looking to learn? The basics? First steps? Moving and Improving? Wanna join the organised night skates in London? Want to Skate around the world*?

You’re in the right place.

*this might take a few months to learn.

For our beginner skaters, we’ll cover basic forwards movement, turning, and stopping, and even throw in some slalom skating for good measure. Intermediate level? Let’s kick things up a notch with spin stops, classic stride, parallel turns, going faster, backwards skating, jumps, and surface and obstacle management. And if you’re feeling extra adventurous, our advanced level will teach you some slick acceleration techniques, longer glides, emergency stops, and cool tricks.

Now, let’s talk location. Our South Bank Three Week Course takes place next to the Tate Modern when the weather is on our side. But if the weather gods are not on our side we’ll head to the legendary Banksy’s tunnel at Leake Street, a covered venue near Waterloo station. We don’t send out location updates nor accept changes to bookings due to bad weather or location changes, so keep an eye on the Weather Page approximately 90 minutes before each session begins.
