5 day camp promise – The ‘Greenie Guarantee’
At Zebra Skate, we guarantee a minimum skill floor for every 5-day camper who meets our Pro-Stripe Standards.
1. The Skill Guarantee (5-Day Camp bookings, M to F)
We guarantee mastery of these fundamentals by the end of the week:

Rollerbladers: Stride One, ‘A’-Frame turns, and stopping.

Skateboarders: Forward pushing, heel/toe carving, and stopping.
Note: This is a minimum. Most campers will progress much further into advanced techniques throughout the week
2. The Pro-Stripe Standards
To activate this guarantee, the following accountability rules apply:

Full Attendance: All sessions must be attended in full.

Prompt Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before start time; gear must be put on immediately after sign-in.

Fitness & Effort: Skaters must be of a reasonable fitness level and comprehension standard to provide consistent effort throughout the week.
3. Accountability, Not a Ceiling
This guarantee ensures our instructors remain accountable to every student. It is a promise of minimum progression, ensuring no skater is left behind.
4. If we don’t meet the Greenie Guarantee, what happens?
Your child is offered unlimited extra sessions, subject to availability, at the next available date. These sessions must be taken at the immediate next session and cannot be carried over to future sessions.

- The decision to award or not award the greenie guarantee rests solely with us
